We demand that the State of Utah remove all taxes associated with the purchase of a used car. Doing so will, 1) remove unnecessary burden for families and poor individuals who are attempting to improve the quality of their lives, 2) remove tax redundancy as used cars were already taxed once when they were purchased new, 3) Increase the sale of used cars and make the asset more easily bought and sold. 4) Reduce the price of used cars
