This Petition is designed to seek the removal of the current Property Manager of Mirabeau Gated Community in Huntsville, AL.

• The property in question has been suffering from lack of maintenance and upkeep. Tammy Hudson's blatant refusal to fill maintenance requests is a violation per the companies end of the lease.
• Security has also been an issue with several home owners in the property that has been ignored or swept under the carpet.
• Packages have been "lost" at the office or "nothing came in for you today", regardless of whether or not there was a tracking number assigned.
• Tammy has been witnessed slandering tenants as well as office staff (ex: Maintenance, Dionne, Rachel, Mr. Greenberg)
• Tammy uses foul language on the property to tenants as well within the earshot of tenants.
• Tammy ignores structural damage and safety risks in current dwellings that are Huntsville Code Violations.
• Tammy calls tenants from office number 1-(256)-489-4569 with threats of forced evictions, refusal to renew leases, uses foul language with tenants as well as uses an attitude uncharacteristic of her current position to intimidate tenants to cease maintenance requests.
• Tammy has shown up at tenants doors without warning to "inspect the property" with notice of any kind, going as far as using a master key.
• Tammy has taken to harassing tenants to personal and emotional degree.
