There should not have to be a petition. As soon as Kroenke belittled the STL region and lied to the NFL relocation committee he should've been removed immediately.

I think it is simple. Kroenke was elected to the hall in 2009 for helping to bring the Rams to St. Louis in 1994-95, He then lied about his desire to relocate the team, worked against the state and city of St. Louis to keep the Rams in St. Louis, degraded the city of St. Louis in his relocation proposal and ultimately relocated the team. For these actions, he should be removed from the hall of fame.
