TY yes exactly A Resident said it best who wrote me this: It seems a little bunch of people are disturbed by the fact you asked questions about the REC board, please continue your investigation, we have the right to know how our money is or has been used. It is sad, but they seem to be ready to do everything to stop you. Owners must understand you certainly not doing that for fun or for money but only for us, owners. Despite all the intimidation, I hope you will continue to search for the truth. I hope Rainberry Lake residents and all the HOA board members will continue to stand behind you....

Forgive me, I'm not interested in each personality since everyone has something to offer. What I’m very curious about is why someone in our community who has a successful business would want to put her neck on the line and come out with these very serious allegations of basically what sounds like corruption and stealing? I’m interested to see what FACTS Shelby and her attorneys present to the community.

Tara Coleman You have people signing this petition multiple times The only people signing are you, your friends, the guy who owns the charter fishing, another guy who doesn't even live here hes in the villas that owns the other charter fishing company - and of course the 2 old REC board members who this could effect if any misgivings are uncovered. Its pretty clear you will do whatever you can to protect any of your friends if they did do anything unsavory on the REC board. I've been very professional and I have not accused anyone of anything. With this petition sadly you have given me no choice but to pursue legal action as it fits all of the liebal requirements. I'm very sorry you have put me in this position as that is not something I would have wanted to do however my reputation is very important to me I've earned a lot of trust with thousands of people in my public service jobs and you have created this petition with straight up lies. You Susan and I had 1 huge disagreement about your neighbor illegally charter fishing in our lake, fishing our stocked fish, up in my back yard with boat filled strangers morning and afternoon making my neighbors uncomfortable with people taking pictures with her young children in the back yard and she values privacy,over using the gate we pay to maintain - Please can you stop being so selfish If you wanted to live in a public lake you could have but to hold an ax to grind over me simply wanting the rules to be followed and have your friend fish in lake ida is utterly ridiculous - You seem not to be able to understand the most simplistic notion that I am trying to help this community either get control of our REC board back or at least educate everyone on whats going on with their money. Hi James that is the reason I got on the board. I was definitely not happy with the past 12 years of long tenure leadership the icing the community out not enforcing the rules of the DOCs at times I know its easy to just believe a loud voice in a crowd but it's pretty shocking because I am working hard to get answers the community should have had for 7 years - I suspect someone is trying to scare Tara into doing this by lying bc there is nothing criminal with asking where our money is going - 250k a year is a lot of money to be not monitored and up until we've started to ask questions have you noticed nothing was really done with our courts and bathrooms until we started asking questions? Morgan, I'm very warm and inclusive, I've had Easter Egg hunts for the community kids, and hosted block parties here until 1 person who signed this petition told us they would close it down and call the cops on FB - so I don't want to tear the community apart. And why do you believe that? Because I'm asking questions that no one has asked to protect our communities finances? The REC board and a few members are pushing back due to my requests. That's not division it simply appears that a few misguided residents have been scared by "the other side" to think asking about REC board finances is going to get us sued. That's a scare tactic. Very hateful towards certain neighbors. We should be together as a community, but unfortunately, with leaders like her, she is what tears communities apart.

Shelby has proven time and time again that she is NOT a team player and not mature enough to understand that the HOA is a team. She must be removed.
