All Civil Service personnel, regardless of department, bureau, agency, or administration, take an oath to uphold the Constitution of the United States and to faithfully discharge and perform the duties of the position they are hired into. Political affiliations, feelings, ideologies, thoughts, or beliefs are tolerated as long as they do not interfere with discharging their duties. SAIC Kerry O'Grady has committed insubordination and stated her refusal to perform her duty. The only course of action is termination from Federal Service.

No one should hold down a job that they're unwilling to do. This job is to important for that kind of attitude.

Why is she still employed? It shouldn't take a petition to fire someone who publicly declares they have no intention of performing the duties of their job.

Failing to perform or stating that you are unwilling to perform your duties at any salaried position is grounds for dismissal. Your statements do not make you a hero, nor do they show some self perceived inner strength. Rather they are a slap in the face to every military, law enforcement and government agent that took the same vow you did so many years ago.
Shame on you.

She has refused to do the job the American tax payers are paying her to do & needs to be relieved of her duties immediately, without any type of severance pay or benefits.
