Ms O'Grady must leave federal service. She lacks the dedication to such service, puts her personal beliefs above her duty, violated her oath of duty and demonstrates a severe lack of morality to hold such a position that she is not qualified to hold.

She should be terminated immediately. Her position requires a high degree of common sense and integrity which she has demonstrated that she does not possess. Raising the bar over the last several years of mediocrity can no longer be tolerated.
