It is about conduct not becoming the position Rumbold holds. We ask that PA Gov Tom Corbett consider removing Rumbold from his office as Constable. We question his ability to perform his duties as Constable with the anger, combativeness and aggressiveness, as displayed in the Intelligencer's photo.
