Ray Carter is an abysmal Lieutenant, let alone Field Training Officer. Since he was promoted, he has done nothing but prove how much of a brainless moron he is, in his YouTube videos, and in his general workplace. His videos show how even he can suck at patrolling and shooting, and lag even with no modifications for SA:MP. His work shows how lazy, and idiotic he truly is. He shows nothing but disrespect to people at random, and does absolutely nothing but review applications and check biographies to death. Some may say he's dedicated, but he's just plain stupid. Work with him for five minutes, and you'll realize he's nothing more then a mentally impaired buffoon. Sign here, let's see if we can get him out of his spot for good!
