This Petition Calls for Stripping Citizenship for Any Person who is a Resident of Puerto Rico. "Mr. President, please sign an executive order such that each Resident of Puerto Rico shall have their citizenship stripped and futhermore we act congress to remove Puerto Rico Commonwealth ," the full petition reads.
