Remove pay anomaly Equal stature for CIL

Pay anomaly should be resolve immediately

Dear Chairman Sir, Please remove the pay anomoly created following wage revision of wage board employees . If CIL wants to attract the best young talents in the country in future, NOT ONLY THE BASIC PAY but ALSO THE GROSS PAY of JUNIOR OFFICERS Should be at par with other Maharatna companies. Invest in youth....invest in future...that's the only way to be remembered forever.

Jr Executive of CIL working under most challenging condition n getting less pay compare to non executive of CIL n other Maharatna PSUs. Issue must be resolved on priority for betterment of organization n Country as well.
