Uniform pay scale must be implemented among the Maharana CPSU. Remove pay anomaly. Cil is lightening the country by producing the basic thing energy n light. Other companies are free to increase there product price, but we are not due to coal price can impact all the available products price, all products are produced through power n fuel prodused by the coal. Other wise the company CIL is the profit making company.
