Yes, I am against the anomaly of grade pay between maharatna companies. In other companies people are getting more salary than us. We should also get equivalent salary.

In a country like India where the Constitution says the right to equality then why there is inequalities in pay scales among the Maharatna PSUs? This is very surprising that the MANAGEMENT does not bother about this. I request to the MANAGEMENT and the Govt. that please look after the matter seriously as this will effect the morality of the executives working in CIL.

In a country like India, where the Constitution says the right of equality then why there is inequalities in pay scales among the Maharatna PSUs. Moreover the executives of CIL are the most neglected part of this company. So the young generation has stood against this injustice and I request to the MANAGEMENT of the CIL and the Govt. too to look after seriously this matter.
