Absolutely disgusting! He used to live over the road from me when I was little! He should be left to rot in jail. If they have put him right across from a school god knows who else is living near schools. Have members of the council not got children and understand the dangers of what this could lead to? He's done it too many times to change his ways. Disgusted and dissapointed. Have to think what kind of people we have in our council to let this happen?

Get this scum bag moved! He live facing a primary school and 2 second down the road is a park, am scared of my son playing out! We never got told or got a warning as the law states we should. Get him gone before something nasty happens to him.
