In early September 2018 Omnitrans added Colonies Parkway to their Route 83 bus route. In this short stretch of road, located within a quiet community, route 83 has 5 stops. This route passes through our small community every hour, 16 times per day. With so many families walking through our neighborhood on a daily basis with their kids and pets it creates a huge safety concern. With that being said, we also have the issues of pollution right in our backyards and of course the noise that these buses have brought. Let’s come together as a community and get these buses rerouted and out of the Colonies. Please sign the petition so we can then forward it to Omnitrans and to all the Upland city officials.
