I moved to here from NEPA thinking it was a very safe place. I was wrong. I Uber, and the drug and prostitution is seen in broad daylight. The cronies are taking over. This is supposed to be a family beach. It's far from it.
Obviously the Mayor & Council Members are incapable of doing their jobs .. Maybe instead of useless trips to China use that money for a couple more police. here's a clue we have a real crime problem here .

20 - 30 million a year in funds & you need to charge for beach parking? Think again about how Myrtle Beach is a safe Family destination. Maybe all the "Beach Stores" should start advertising bulletproof clothing & headgear. How bout training & issuing the"life guards" police swim suits, mace, tasers for mob violence & shooting control.
He needs to leave now!!

I was born and raised in this area. This is so sad, this place has turn into something unrecognizable. We need true public servants in place, or things will only get worse. Corruption Trickles Down from the top, and poisons everything.
