Remove MrJack as TO for dereliction of duty and incompetence

Hi, I want you to sign my petition to remove MrJack as a TO. Long story short the reason is he hasn't done anything, MrJack is the 4th TO the most TO's there have ever been yet there is only 1 mega every 2 weeks. MrJack should've never been appointed a TO as he has no qualifications to be one his only role as TO is an added vote with the likes of MadKate and Andyman because as inactive as he is G.X Mortigan is less biased then them.
When he was still around pizza not only planned teams elite all the way out to season 11, started season one of defuse elites held towards the end 4 megas a week but also had time to touch his kids when he was done. And he did all of that with very little assistance from MadKate and Andyman only helping with stats for teams elites. This proves just how inefficient that the TOs have become it's inexplainable that 4 TO's when 2 of them are online everyday are unable to consistently organize one mega every 2 weeks.
The another reason why having an unqualified TO is a problem is because it disincentives people to look for a more qualified TO. If I had to choose a TO it would either be Polinka or Isra none of them are unbiased but I think they'll get the job done and have the dedication and qualification to do so. Even if there were better choices then them you certainly wont find them by adding random OG's for name recognition.
In conclusion I want you guys to remove MrJack because he's not qualified to be one, he doesn't organize tournaments, he's extremely biased, and he's removing people's incentive to look for a qualified TO.
