Honestly coaching department sucks. But it'll suck less when Megaman is removed.

When I first joined the coaching department I was thrilled that I was becoming a coach, but shortly after things started to go downhill. I would coach a lot of people not got noticed or even appreciated. I was told I am supposed to show up for meeting, meanwhile I'm in college and have to take time out of doing my school work to attend these meeting that he was never present to be. The amount of time I have wasted due to the fact of lack of planning and leadership is lackluster. I feel that if leadership is to be reassigned that it should be towards someone who: a)knows the department has put in the time, effort, and coaching to understand what coaching is about and what it offers the community. b) Actually be punctual and appear at said function when stated that others are "required" to show up. My final comment is this; if you are a boss, leader, head coach you should at least know the people you have in your department. When I became a coach I was interviewed by two other coaches and not once has Megaman (owner head coach) ever asked or even show interest in the people that he allows to join this department. I feel that when coaching you should know the people you allow into your group, and why they actually want to become part of your group, rather than just reading from a form of paper and never talking to them once.
