I sincerely petition the government to consider the seriousness of what this is doing to the health and wellbeing of all who are being forced to wear a mask. If you have children, whom you say you love, do the right thing. Listen to them. Hear how this is affecting them. Children are complaining of dizziness, headaches, etc. We are supposed to be their protectors. Since when doesn't it matter anymore? The government is forcing us to do the opposite, by mandating masks. This is child abuse. They are being forced to do things against their own will. If we as parents did this, we would be charged with child abuse. How is it ok for the government? The children have a voice, but they are not being heard. The masks are not protecting their physical or mental well being. Masks DO NOT protect against COVID-19. Protect our children and show them you care, by not mandating masks.

Masks are not for everyone. In my opinion making everyone wear masks to stop the spread of respiratory illness in schools is about as silly as making everyone wear a shower cap to school to prevent the spread of head lice.

If masks are not required to dine at a restaurant they should not be required by students seated at their desks. Masks interfere with learning and expression.

There are no difinitive studies showing that masks are effective in preventing the spread of airborne viruses. There are many studies showing how overall infection rates rise with masks use and are more harmful to healthy people
