I’ve heard from various sources about the well know vile reputation of this manager. My own family drink in this pub and they are in their 60s and agree the pub would do so much better without her lack of people skills

I complained to the brewery about this horrible useless poor excuse of a manager, spoke for about half an hour about what I whitnessed and how she dealt with it and since then my partner (who has been going to the Tavern for 37 years) can barely get served by her after the brewery gave her my name!!!! The evil cow needs to go ASAP!!!

A lot of my friends drink in there and are we’re well known regulars, everyone’s had enough, they spend an awlful lot of money and to be treated this way is disgusting. I work in recruitment , I will get you a proper manager !
