Right. My kids pointed them out to me last night. It was the bottom tanks so i didnt see the filters till opening the tank lid. Absalutly disgusting and heart breaking.

I was thoroughly disgusted at the conditions of these tanks at the Mount Vernon, Wa Walmart location last week when I was in there. These fish are not being cared for properly.
