I am a retired teacher, principal, and a former educational curriculum coach. We considered and honored all children, all educational employees, volunteers, and parents as human beings with special talents and gifts unique to the individual regardless of race, religion, or any other type of discrimination. We need people who exemplify these same qualities to lead our schools to success, not failure.
