This woman has no place on board for women, with her reprehensible behaviour towards a rape victim. This will undoubtedly have retraumatised the victim and sent a clear message to other women that there is no support or safe space for women any more.

Inciting violence and abuse towards a rape victim is unacceptable behaviour.
This shows a lack of trauma informed knowledge.
