Landlords Property Management has neither the ability nor willingness to manage a high-end property. The MC's mismanagement and neglect of TWY has led to a deterioration of the condition of the building, suspicious use of the budget and SOPs that are not in the owners' best interests. As owners, we should have the right to choose an MC that fulfils its duty to the people who pay its monthly maintenance fees, and an MC that safeguards the value of our property purchase. This MC has done neither despite their obligations to. My petition and those of others here seek to demand the fairness of our rights.
