N-17-01 Landlords Property Management has neither the ability nor willingness to manage a high-end property. The MC's mismanagement and neglect of TWY has led to a deterioration of the condition of the building, suspicious use of the budget and SOPs that are not in the owners' best interests. As owners, we should have the right to choose an MC that fulfils its duty to the people who pay its monthly maintenance fees, and an MC that safeguards the value of our property purchase. This MC has done neither despite their obligations to. My petition and those of others here seek to demand the fairness of our rights.

S26-07 Very unresponsive management, always ignoring requests and questions, extremely slow response

Poor services , defective took years to repair. Late reply, pushing here and there

As expressed in the survey conducted months back, while there may have been some slight change, the general “rules” and more so the execution of the rules more often than not frustrate us as residents more than assist. TWY is a residential bldg, not an office, and thus should be relaxing & feel like home - but this management gives off the vibes similar to “prison wardens” managing their “prisoners”. This is not my first property and many times I’m unpleasantly surprised how this management is so unpleasantly different from others. That said, I must clarify that there are a number of employees under the management who are personally helpful.

Unhappy with the services and defects are not attended, giving excuses on outstanding common defects.

Agree to change due to poor response and no responsibility in taking care of the unit holders interest
