Our strong support to remove Landlord Property Management Sdn Bhd and appoint SCM Property Services Sdn Bhd as the new property management company for TWY Mont’Kiara effective 1 September 2022.

We, the undersigned, are concerned parcel owners (“Petitioners”) of TWY Mont’Kiara and are very unhappy with the performance of Landlord Property Management Sdn Bhd. We hereby express our strong support for the IMMEDIATE REMOVAL of Landlord Property Management Sdn Bhd and APPOINTMENT of SCM Property Services Sdn Bhd as the new property management company for TWY Mont’Kiara. We respectfully demand that TWY Development Sdn Bhd (“Developer”) take action as requested and immediately in favour of the parcel owners views and demand.
