Kiran Sidhu, CEO of publicly traded Halo Collective Inc., (NEO: HALO, OTCQB: HCAND, Germany: A3C9VV) has defrauded investors through a strategy of diluting shares through the issuance of excessive common shares. This has been compounded with a reverse split 100/1 that has further driven the share price to an all-time low while Halo Collective executives receive top-tier salaries. Communication of the strategy and the progress of Halo Collective has been poor. The sudden resignation of one of the founders who was leading one of Halo's most ambitious and potentially most profitable endeavors, Bophelo, has compounded the lack of trust and transparency of the CEO.
