Remove Kim seagar from Oswego county family court judge

Never been there her or in family court but if it's true what I just read I'll sign

She needs to go

My ex just came into my daughter's life after 10 years of being gone he admitted he drives without a license and he brought a child abuser as a witness and a gf that's a herion addict. He is 23,400 some change in child support. It hurts because she bounces kids from house to house. This woman does not check backgrounds because if she did my ex she gave custody to has been arrested for past two years.

She gave my kids to there dad that mean to them and has never taken care of them since they been born

she sucks

All of my friends that have kids have had her, and she has never made a good decision on the behalf of my friends children.

She should be removed for her mistakes and those poor kids that were misplaced and who have to deal with abusive parents.

This lady needs to go!!! She gave my abusive ex unsupervised overnight visits with my then 7 month old daughter who was still being breastfed, not to mention I still had a class A order of protection against him for DV. I live in constant fear that I'm going to lose my daughter to a monster because this idiot doesnt know what she's doing!

My baby father took my daughter and I went to get her back from him and he wouldn't give her to me so I went to court to see if Kim would help me get my daughter back and she didn't do her job. Kim didn't try to help me at all . All she is was say that my daughter with be fine with her father. My daughters father has a history for putting his hands her her before. My daughter father is not the right parent for her to live with.

She was my judge I dont like her

Yea this judge needs to be benched out the court room.

I am about to start proceedings to have my husband adopt my son. His biological has been gone for over 5 yrs. He hasn't provided a thing. I'll be damned if he is given permission to be in his life.

This is very distirbing to me knowing that she is not putting our children in good hands.

She makes bad choices an dosent check backgrounds an lets children stay at a home were a malester stay. She shouldnt be a judge an mr.fixs shouldnt be a children lawer when they both know the lil 13 year old has a disabled were she cant make choices an so those once shouldn't be a judge or a children lawer

I think that maybe she had to much on her plate! She made some poor choices! I just think she needs to take a step back and revisit some of her decisions

She don't deserve to be a judge she not thinking in the children's​ best interest

It makes judges like this to prove how to deal with the legal system

Ms. Seager was the judge that wanted me to turn my daughter over to her drug addicted father and also wants to reward custody of my nephews to their drug addicted, no job, homeless father because she says its in the best interest of my nephews as my sister got a speeding ticket while my nephews were in her care because their father wouldnt take his son to the ER when he was running a fever of 103. How is this women still a judge. She doesnt follow the laws or whats best for any child.

I agree she don't deserve to be a judge
