Knowing he would reoffend and it’s only a matter of WHEN that would be and he broke bail conditions 2 weeks after he got out should have shown that he ends up right back in jail but for life this time!! This is one person who won’t change & to protect our children as well as any other children he might be around deserves to be back in jail for the rest of his life!
