As a resident of Whitby and most important, as a mother, I want to make sure I keep my child safe. It is not clear why this high risk individual has been set free and allowed to relocate to this area. We need to pressure the government to institutionalize this guy

It's unbelievable that admitting to doing it again, and wanting to kill someone, gets you back on the streets. He's obviously breached his parole, as he has been seen around daycares and schools. I fear for my grandkids, and other children. Please be safe out there.

Shame on everyone! For ALLOWING this monster out of jail! Who protects the vulnerable people like me or most importantly who protects the children?! He should NOT be allowed to go to Coffee Time because there is a daycare centre near there! They will NEVER get my business again as long as they keep allowing him to be a repeat customer! Shame on the town for ALLOWING him to be there & people not taking action! I want justice!
