Incarcerate Sex Offenders in Society (i.S.O.S) - Keith Constantin

We have two overflowing elementary schools in our small community. Children bike, rollerblade and walk to and from school. We have several parks. People walk around at all times of the day. Please get this mentally sick predator away from the children, and away from this area.

Please remove this individual from our community and place him in behind bars where he belongs permanently .

There's better suited locations for someone of this nature. Locating him in a growing town of young families like Schomberg is the same as trying to walk through a Mine Field, eventually it will 'go off'. All child sex offenders must be kept at a safe distance from schools, parks and places that our children visit regularly.

I will not live in fear. Get him out of our community

Selling Real Estate - I need to be able to tell my customers that this is a safe community. Volunteering - coaching children - I need to know that the kids that walk to the Trisan Centre are safe.

I can't believe after knowing this persons past our goverment had not only freed this man, but have allowed him to reside in a community that is mostly made up of new and young families that are just getting started. We aren't taking about just a criminal, but a criminal that does personal inflicting crimes. Wake the F@#$ up people

I really don't understand the relocation! He is close to schools, soccer fields, and an arena where there are plenty of children. Perhaps the question of the day would be........WHY HERE!!!! Doesn't make sense to me.

This is not the place for an individual like this. Our community is a tight knit wonderful place where citizens young and old can and do walk to most places. Our Children walk to school and ride their bikes to the park. This freedom should not be restricted because of a real and present threat that has been imposed upon us. There is no way to live inconspicuously here; its just not a good fit.

Lock him up. He's a monster!

Something profound needs to change in the way we sentence and medically treat these people. He should not be roaming around free by be in an institution

This insanity must be halted immediately. He admits that he will commit these vicious acts again and therefore he should be returned to prison without access to our children and families. Help us keep our community safe and remove him forthwith!!!!

This man should not be out of jail or living in a community of young families and young children!

Get this guy off our streets!!!!

I live in the town of Schomberg with children and I fear for my family's safety. This sex offender should be relocated to an area that does not include children.

This man needs to be back in jail, where he belongs and can't hurt anyone
