This in-humane person should not be out on the street, they have places in Oshawa On (Ontario Shores For Mental Health Sciences. They have people that have come out of prisons. I don't know how with his record that he is out on the street, there is another options the people whom put him out on the street perhaps they have a spot within their community, does someone have to be sexually attacked or a death of one of our children. ???What is the cost to the public, I would think less than having him behind bars or in a mental facility round the clock watch dog where no one is safe not even the guards. I certainly hope that someone comes to the table with the only and right answer Mental Hospital or back behind bars.

Realistically, there does not seem to be a support structure in place to help this man receive the assistance he needs to make a brighter future for himself, and whichever community he ends up residing in. Maybe King Township isnt the right area. He needs help and this petition suggests that he 'gets out of the way.' But where? I hope he is able to find a place with more faith in the community.
