He should NEVER have been released! Shame on our judicial system. If he'd robbed a bank, he'd have done more time! There needs to be stiffer penalties for those who commit rape/assault against Women and Children.

I am appalled that this man is permitted to walk amongst, and ultimately prey on our most vulnerable. He is clearly sick and needs appropriate support and help, but should not be allowed to be part of this or any community where he will inevitably offend again.

I feel strongly that this person needs somewhere to be, but this is not the community for him. Without the proper full time policing in Schomberg and without any rehab facilities, his presence is only causing fear in people and allows too much room for risk of a reoffence and breach of his parole. Find the right place for him!

As a single father of 3 young children? Naturally I would want to raise them in the safest community possible. Do not release this man into a community with such a high populous of children. Please don't take the risk.

I have family in that area, but it's not just about a specific area, if the Parole board believes he will re-offend than why was he released at all? And if they are the ones to determine who is released, how many others have also been allowed back into communities that are at a high risk to re-offend?
