Why should the residents in the Schomberg area live in fear. If this man is likely to reoffend and is under surveillance 24/7 send him back to jail!

Make sure that the parole board and all involved in his release get conspiracy to commit rape and murder charges when he DOES reoffend!

He will be at Highway 9 and Highway 27 at the halfway house. Enough pressure and he will deliberately breach his conditions and go back to jail. Get him out of society!

Whats wrong with our justice system ?.. how can we feel safe knowing this? How can you allow this man out anywhere ? This is simply crazy especially him vocalizing he will do this again. Put him in some sort of institution. . Somewhere controlled. . Dont let him free. Does another innocent child or woman or man need to suffer or die before government realizes. Cmon think about it?.. this is insane!
