One can understand when the government does not have he funds to follow through with some campaign promises. However keeping repeat a dangerous offenders in a secure facility where they pose no threat to the law abiding and tax paying public seems to be an obvious responsibility that can easily be fulfilled.

He will rape again, he wants to kill someone, why are we protecting him, why has he been released...he is obviously a sick individual - put him in a mental institution with no possibility of parole, or of being let out into a community to prey on the innocents.

This case looks like a miscarriage of justice. He definitely must not be among many people, if not incarcerated, and 100% NOT in area around the biggest city in Canada!

He needs major help, instead of funding his home fund his mental rehabiliation instead he needs to put under watch at all times, he odviously is mentally notstable to be free

He needs to be moved from this small town and get the help he needs in an institution! Our town should not be a place to hold such predators!
