As a Mom of 2 young boys I feel very uncomfortable about having this offender near our home. Please have him removed! I don't feel safe going out for walks or to the park now with my baby and toddler.

You need to address that with your employer! You should not feel unsafe at work or on the premises . That is a health Nd safety issue that's needs to be addressed!
