Look, I'm by no means saying I would like people like this to live in my community. I'm just arguing the legal standpoint. We cannot simply force a man to move because of past actions. Obviously he poses a possible danger, and obviously I would prefer him not to be living in Stoney Creek. I am just simply defending the guy's rights - I don't think people should be so quick to jump to conclusions and make rash statements.

why is he living near a park where children play soccer, hockey and at the playground. that's messed he should be far away from playgrounds and any place children go.

We all know that we should forgive those who sin. But, frankly - we need to ensure our little ones are protected from people who prey on them. I assume the people making the decision to let this "beast" live amongst children, must hold little regard for our young ones.

I agree i have 2 children my self and do not want him living in the area i don,t think he deserves the right to choose where he wants to live and what gets me is they say they know he will do it again so there for why not give him live in prison especially if they know he will repeat what he was already in jail for that's why i am against him living in the area as a mom i will worrie about the children and of other women

this area is very secluded allowing this individual ample opportunity to allowing the elderley and children and the many dissabled children and adults living within the area at risk there are no proper sidewalks or areas highly populated when your put in a vulnerable or threatening position

Yes, this man did receive restrictions on his sentence. But, as all of the news articles state, he has re-offended over and again. The reason that the police have issued this public notice is because they believe it is highly possible he will disregard his restrictions and offend again. Also, it is not just children that we need to be concerned about, he also assaulted two adult women.
