He should either be on house arrest or watched 24/7... if the police thought it was necessary to alarm the community, and warn us about him being a danger to re-offend then lock him up for good. Not endanger the entire community let alone the residents of Hamilton or any other city for that matter.

I hear Baffin Island is a great place to live. GO THERE!!!!
Too many kids in this area and kid facilities. This is absurd. Obviously no one wants him in their area. It should be part of the parole that he lives in a remote area or at least somewhere where police are actually prevalent. Not near a soccer field, hockey arena, multiple parks, within kms of 5 elementary schools.
