this is disgusting. this man should be forced to live somewhere in the wilderness away from anybody. but certtainly not near a communty centre where my grandson plats soccer, He is a sweet boy and trusts everyone. and this man is sick and been known by police to re=offend. This world is crazy and protects these animals insteas of our inocents.

This man is clearly at risk to reoffend, and my mother lives on her own in that area. Why does he get freedom, and she doesn't? She's worked hard to be good, tax paying citizen. He is the opposite but is getting all the same rights. This is not justice.

Constantin is within reasonable walking distance of a hockey arena, Player's paradise, St. Claire CES, Our Lady of Peace CES, Orchard Park SS, Brewster Pool, and various outdoor parks. Seems like an area where he'll likely reoffend

This is outrageous! A convicted sex offender able to wander freely with no monitoring device...not acceptable! Our children & neighbourhoods need to be safe! I agree Convicted sex offenders are not welcome here!!!

I realize that convicts who have served their time to society have a right to a life after prison but we have a right of protection. There must be a viable solution but him living in this area is not it.

why does someone whom they claim is highly likely to re-offend our problem, what is wrong with our system and where is the 3 strikes system..if u want the public to deal with these sick untreatable individuals then dont convict us when we do.

I have 2 young kids and I am moving to the fruitland road area in a few week. Now I can't even feel comfortable in my own home or feel safe when my oldest just goes to the park. For all I know he could be living in the complex I am moving into. If he is a danger to reoffend then remove him. There should be a place for these people. If the are a danger to reoffend then they shouldn't be released in my opinion.
