Sadly, this individual has rights. If he doesn't live on Fruitland, it could be any where. My children participate at centers down there and now cannot walk to the variety store with their friends unless supervised. Yes we have to be vigilant with our children and teens to be aware and why of their surroundings. You neighbour could be a serial killer or meth maker/dealer. You could have a sex offender living in your neighbourhood and not know. Just like there is a youth halfway house in my survey that I recently discovered but it has been there for years. It is scary that he is on Fruitland. I hope the petition will work, but seriously, where would they send him next? If this individual was rehabilitated to the to degree of living amongst us, then why was his being here made public knowledge? Wouldn't a psych hospital been the appropriate decision instead?

Please don't allow this predator the right to strike in our neighbourhood. He hasn't allowed his previous victims the right to live and move safely in their neighbourhood, so let's not hand over another victim.
