Re assignments happen. Imagine if every time a teacher was reassigned or moved if they left their job and then started a protest what would happen. Karen played this one wrong.

Karen is an "At will" employee which means she can be let go at any time. In this case there was a plethora of reasons to do so.

There have always been similar amounts of males and females that have had issues with Karen over the years. Karen was never bullied, she would have handled that in a second.
