I am petitioning to remove Judge Trandahl from judgeship. She is very biased and unprofessional. On more than one occasion. The most recent is during a court case that took place on May 21 and May 22 of 2013. She ignored on party's witnesses' statements. When one party's attorney would object, nine times out of ten, she would overrule it. Whilst the other party's attorney would sustain it. One side was unable to state the facts about the other party, that had been seen personally, and every time they tried Judge Trandahl claimed it was hear-say. Whilst the other side could state whatever they wished and it was allowed. I will admit this was a guardianship dispute. One party's witness misstated the child's name, and when questioned about it, the witness said they only call the child the wrong name, or baby. When asked the last time she had referred to the child as the proper name, she said here in court. Judge Trandahl completely over looked this statement. She did not take much of anything the one party's side said into consideration. She also had dealt with one of the parties' son in a violent crime case, and that was brought up multiple times. She did not remove herself due to conflict of interest. She also brought in information from a prior counselor of one party, without having a consent of information release form. Judge Trandahl has caused many problems not only with this court case, but many others as well. I feel she should be removed and I'm certain I am not the only one.
