I am a fair person. Juan is not. He does not even believes what he says but I guess a big paycheck makes up for lying. Juan, when you can lie to yourself and believe it, it easy easy to look anyone else in their eyes and lie to them. Thank you Groucho Marx!

He constantly makes faces when other people are speaking, he continues to talk over people, and figures if he talks louder than anyone he will get his point acress.
