My Manor roots are generations deep. It’s simplicity is what people have loved. One of the best Manor things is that it’s retained its individuality and character and small community fellowship. Leadership is about unifying and creating good, not divisiveness, intimidation and bullying. We need representation of who we are as a community.
Joe has talked down to me multiple times when asking questions, swore at me when asking about the paving of my neighborhood roads when kids were getting hurt due to failing to pave and keep small rocks and gravel lose and made us get rid of our chickens!!!!
I needed to fix a damaged drain and was told that I could not tie into the existing drain even though it has been there for more than 20 years. He told me I would have to install a leach field instead. Ridiculous. The guy is a drain on our community.
We have been there. He does not even understand zoning laws he tries to enforce. I saw him wait two 2 hours in line to vote. Was he on the clock? I did not get paid to vote. Did WE pay him?
Upon moving to Manor a few years ago, I have felt harassed twice now by him and wanted to look into reporting it with the most recent episode that occurred a few months ago. Is the Boro liable for hiring a known individual who engages in harassing citizens, predominantly women?
Joe Lapia is a sex offender and terrible person to work with.
Please help Manor!! He is a cancer!

I am a small business owner in manor. Joe has harassed us every opportunity he had when we work in the area. We have stopped taking work in manor due to him and his constant harassment. I will forward this to the many business I know in the situation
