From running out a coach who brought us
back to the top of the NFL to players retiring early, he has no place in football. Ego trips don't win games a good front office makes a great franchise. Jimmy T is a good guy but why not go for a coach with experience to take on the young team we have. Its like his decision are made over a gallon of vodka. Its time to get York and Baalke out. Let Montana or Rice GM. Look at the history of players turned GM they win. Ossie Newson helped the ravens and look at what Elway is doing to the Broncos. We need someone who knows football. This is the best franchise on the planet earth a he is destroying it.

As a fan that has missed only 3 home games since 1997 I cannot stand by and watch as Jed York ruins this team. Him and his puppet Balke have completely ruined this team!
