If someone kills someone it's a crime under the statute. Intentional killing is murder 1st degree, killing someone out of anger without planning is murder 2nd degree, killing someone resulting in "Gross Negligence" is manslaughter. The statute is clear, she committed a crime period and not bringing charges is a crime in its self. He needs to resign immediately.
Justice is no longer Blind in this Country.
