A $140 speeding ticket over July 4th weekend is "extremely careless". Clinton's "extremely careless" handling of highly classified information that put our national security at risk is $0 fines and zero time. How can this happen? We're supposed to be the leaders and the role models. Shouldn't one of the highest offices, "Secretary of State" be held to an equal standard?
