Not a good campaign. Very insensitive to people dealing with cancer.

Disgraceful advert, hurtful and upsetting to people the ICS should be supporting

So much money wasted on a campaign that failed miserably. It's not provocative or clever, it's insensitive and crass. We get it! Cancer should be beaten or eradicated or destroyed, choice of words are powerful. It's a pathetic advertising campaign

Disgusting ad. No consideration for the families of cancer victims or of families currently going through a battle with cancer.

As someone in remission from breast cancer this ad really unsettled and disturbed me. A better angle could have been used. Very tactless, insensitive, and downright moronic way of putting a point across in my opinion.

Both my parents died of cancer. I find the ad very distasteful and not thought provoking but insulting to those of us who have loved ones who suffered from cancer. My mother died at home in my care with the wonderful support of the hospice homecare team and ics daffodil nurses in the last ten days. However my father could not come home as like elliot he needed nursing care during the day which was not possible from ics. Like dolores I sought counselling support from ics but it was not available. I understand budgets are limited and choices have to be made. However how much money was spent on this campaign that could have provided direct services to patients and families. How much money is spent on admin etc that could be spent on services. This ad is offensive and will result in affecting donations. Please listen and remove it

Elliot was a pleasure to know, he touched everybody in some way. He was a true gent in every way, he will be truly missed!! The work that is being done in his memory is amazing. Keep it up!!
