Appalling ad. My daughter Caoimhe Ní Thiomain 17 yrs recovering from cancer and amputation of her lower leg is deeply offended by the ad. She has emailed ICS n objected to it strongly she got s very poor response back.

Where does the money that is generously donated to Irish Cancer Society get spent. Stop funding this latest advert campaign. And direct monies to helping the patients and families of those whom are battling this dreadful disease.

This ad. is typical of the type of nonsense 'creative' types in ad. agencies fob off on gullible people, particularly those in non-profit organisations. However, this is destructive nonsense. It should never have happened and should be stopped now. I'm disappointed with the Irish Cancer Society. They, above all, should've known the pain and hurt this ad would cause to cancer patients, cancer survivors, people who have lost loved ones to cancer, as well as their families, relatives and friends.

The add is absolutely disgusting, thousands upon thousands of families suffer and go through hell from cancer. Nobody should want to "get cancer"
