as a cancer patient,i found this ad quite shocking and upsetting,the ics do great work but this ad is way too much for caner patients and their families,my daughter was deeply upset after watching all that ive been through.

The "I want cancer" is disgusting. No one WANTS to get cancer. It's devastating enough for an adult, but what about the children that have cancer and their parents. Did anyone actually think about this?? NO obviously not. Sort it out

After losing my parents over the last 2 years to cancer I find the advert spine tingling, everytime I see it I get a lump in my throat and tears in my eyes. That horrible sentance makes me furious.

I know what the overall message is but every time I see the posters or hear the ad saying I want to get cancer, I feel ill. I have fought cancer twice in the last 10 years and those word make me feel sick. Remove your advert. PLEASE.

really is their not a better way of getting this message across every family is affected by cancer and yet is has tore families apart from losing loved ones please think as this is upsetting a lot of people what about those who are still fighting the battle

For all the money the CEO of Irish Cancer Society earns , and he thought this advert was a good idea ??? makes you wonder how they are spending all the monies raised for the charity .

My 11 yr old has been battling cancer for the past 9 years and it's ongoing. My dad passed 16 yrs ago from cancer...never has the words ever entered our heads about
' wanting ' cancer .

I lost my dad to leukaemia i don't like it . Should have put some people going true it and talking to family about it would open people eyes as it did us

My mind boggles at the thought process behind this ad campaign. Badly done!
