In spite their intentions this advert is insensitive and upsetting for those who have gone through cancer, are currently dealing with cancer or who have lost loved ones to cancer. Funds would be better spent providing help to those who are terminal and to provide help for their family and friends who may need or want counselling.

Not everybody understands your play on the word 'get' and I believe that this is too sensitive an issue to play around with. Keep your adverts short and factual, please.

It's a very distressing ad. When you hear it it's a skock. All you can think of is who in there right. bloody mind would want to get cancer. My dad died an awful death from it
