I have cancer. I have cancer mestastised to my bones. I have been undergoing constant treatment for the past 4 years. I don't want to "get" cancer. My family and friends all "get" what cancer is about. There isn't a single home in Ireland that hasn't been affected by this horrible disease. We don't need an insensitive and insulting campaign such as this to raise awareness!

So insensitive, playing on words just to get attention, not considering people and families going thru cancer, no one wants to get cancer, should have spoken to people who have it, stupid stupid ad, not time for dark humour in a national ad playing on words not highlighting early syptoms, early diagnosis for best chances of survival, very upset over these ads.

I find this advert grossly offensive. I feel that how we think about our health and health status is what WE "give out to the universe"!!! This avertisement (I feel)is akin to inviting yourself to be VERY vulnerable to having cancer!! SO WRONG the way this advertisement has been aired :/

Hubby awaiting MRI and we may be facing Big C in the face. I understand the ad but it's too close to the bone.
